Effect: Turns a sheet of parchment into a paper airplane, which will then fly to the recipient on its own. While it is enough to hold the recipient's name in one's mind, one can add the name or address to the incantation, just in case.
Alternatively an address can be written onto it, and Volare Inscriptum can be used.
