Effect: Confuses a target. Depending on the target's ability to resist mind charms, or lack thereof, a skilled caster can induce a state of confusion so powerful that the target's brain will temporarily loose any ability to properly interpret any external stimuli, leaving the target in a sea of senseless and meaningless noises and colors.
