Accensa Stellarum

Etymology: lat. "lit by the stars"

Effect: Similar to the Illustro spell. However, other than Illustro, which just creates a generic light source, Accensa Stellarum creates actual starlight. It is an extension of the "Stellarum" charm which makes objects behave as if they were hit by starlight.
