Etymology: lat. "obliviscere" = "forget"

Effect: Induces a state of permanent amnesia in a target. Depending on the strength of the spell, the target could forget a couple of days, months, years, or even their entire life.

While Oblivia is easier to cast than Memoria Mutandur, the difficulty still depends on the target's willpower.
